Celeste has 30 years of experience in all aspects of small business management. She has managed financial, HR and operations of several well-respected consulting firms, and built the infrastructures to manage their growth.
Small business is her passion. She supports family businesses as well as creative companies that deliver design and engineering solutions. From single member entities with pioneering owners to partnerships executing their vision, she has handled it all.
Celeste offers expertise in operations, bookkeeping, payroll, benefits and fractional CFO/ Controller services. She provides strategic review and evaluation with a focus on simple, streamlined practices.
Celeste was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska. She settled in Texas to raise kids, grandkids and horses. She loves SEC football.
Ellen Strawn
Ellen has 20+ years working in finance departments, from small business to global entities. Her expertise lies in business-to-business collections, AR/AP, process improvement, project management, and Excel spreadsheets.
She has never met a complex spreadsheet that she didn't love. Give her a spreadsheet to compile using formulas and you will have made her day.
Her various roles have made her extremely skilled in customer service. She has worked in many customer focused roles and enjoys speaking to new people.
Ellen was born and raised in St. Louis. Like any true St. Louisan, you can count on her to point out the Arch and say, “There’s the Arch.” She is the youngest of 7 kids and enjoys all the privileges of being the baby of the family. Her husband and son are her champions and support her in all her endeavors.
